COMMIS CHEF (I, II, III)

Responsible for assisting senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, while learning and developing culinary skills across different kitchen sections.

Responsible for basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and measuring ingredients, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. They follow instructions from senior chefs, support daily operations, and gradually take on more responsibilities as they gain experience. Their role is essential in ensuring kitchen efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the smooth production of meals.
